1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Loco Dad Stats mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Strategy Sequence Group ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. Description of the App

Loco Dad Stats is a hockey statistics tracking application designed for hockey parents and coaches. The App allows users to track game statistics, player performance, and access AI-powered insights through the Scout Report feature.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must verify your email address before accessing the App. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The App offers the following plans:

Free Plan

• Maximum 2 teams
• Maximum 5 games per team (10 games total)
• No CSV export
• No Scout Report access
• After reaching the free tier limits, you must wait 3 months from your first app launch before the free tier resets

Loco Dad Plan — $2.99 CAD/month

• Unlimited teams and games
• CSV export
• Scout Report AI — 10 questions per month

Coach Plan — $12.99 CAD/year

• Unlimited teams and games
• CSV export
• Scout Report AI — 30 questions per month
• Approximately $1/month

All prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Free Tier Reset Policy

The free tier allows a maximum of 2 teams and 5 games per team. Once these limits are reached, the free tier is locked. Users may access a new free tier cycle after 3 months from their original first launch date. This policy exists to ensure fair use of the platform.

7. Billing and Payments

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• We do not have access to your payment information

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Strategy Sequence Group does not process refunds directly. We encourage users to take full advantage of the free tier to evaluate the App before subscribing.

9. Scout Report AI Feature

The Scout Report feature uses artificial intelligence to analyze your team's statistics. Please note:

• AI responses are generated based on the data you have entered and may not always be accurate
• Scout Report is not a substitute for professional coaching advice
• Question limits reset on the 1st of each month
• Unused questions do not carry over to the next month

10. User Content

You retain ownership of all game statistics and data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or payment requirements

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Strategy Sequence Group and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

The Loco Dad Stats name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Strategy Sequence Group.

13. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

• Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Inactive free accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may have their data deleted
• Cancelled subscriptions: Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation to allow for resubscription. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted
• Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion request, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at strategysequence@gmail.com.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strategy Sequence Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
